All Birth Support Packages include the option of one educational session with your support person to guide them through ways they can advocate and physically and emotionally support you during labor.

Best for families who want full preparation, advocacy support, and continued care after birth.

• 24/7 On-Call Support from 38 Weeks
• Continuous Labor & Birth Support
• Comfort Techniques & Positioning Guidance
• Partner Coaching & Emotional Support
• Immediate Postpartum Support (1–2 hours after birth)
• 2 Postpartum Home Visits
• Unlimited Text/Phone Support During Pregnancy

Individual Services

Individual Service Options are available for expecting parents that are not interested in committing to a full Birth Support Package. These services will require a consultation prior to booking.

Birth Plan Creation

2-Hour Private Planning Meeting

A personalized session to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared. Ideal for families wanting education and structure without full doula services.

Includes:
• Discussion of preferences and options
• Education on common interventions
• Comfort and coping strategies
• Customized written birth plan

Postpartum Support

$65/hr

Packages:
• 10 Hours – $450
• 20 Hours – $950

Hands-on support after birth including newborn care guidance, light household support, feeding assistance, and maternal recovery support.
